The story
Iryna Volkova has spent more than a decade helping international patients find their way through Spanish healthcare — most recently as a patient advisor at Qualivita, one of the established names in medical facilitation. Over those years she accompanied hundreds of patients: executives flying in for check-ups, families seeking second opinions, expats trying to understand a system that wasn’t built with them in mind.
She also saw the industry’s quiet conflicts of interest. Advisors paid by the clinics they recommend. Patients steered toward whoever paid commission rather than whoever was best for their case. Language treated as an afterthought.
Vensavita — a name inspired by vesna, “spring”, and vita, “life” — is her answer: an independent, boutique advisory. No commissions from clinics. No quotas. Just a curated network of Barcelona specialists built over years of working alongside them, and a single loyalty — to the patient.
