Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Vensavita, represented by its founder Iryna Volkova, Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us at any time at hello@vensavita.eu for anything concerning your personal data.
What data we collect and why
When you contact us (form, email or WhatsApp) we collect the details you provide: name, contact information, preferred language and the content of your message, which may include health information you choose to share. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a consultation and, if you engage us, to coordinate your care with clinics and specialists.
Health data
Health information is a special category of data under Article 9 GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent and only to the extent needed to arrange the services you request. It is never used for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the clinics, laboratories, specialists and medical translators directly involved in your case, and only after you have agreed to the engagement. We never sell personal data. Where service providers (e.g. hosting or email) process data on our behalf, they do so under data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of 12 months if no engagement follows. Data relating to an engagement is kept for the period required by Spanish law for health-related records, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, email hello@vensavita.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
International transfers
If you contact us from outside the EU or your case requires a provider outside the EU, data is transferred only with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, and with your knowledge.
