What Vensavita is — and is not
Vensavita is an independent patient advisory and coordination service. We advise, match, coordinate, translate and accompany. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe: all medical services are provided exclusively by licensed clinics and physicians, who remain solely responsible for your medical care.

Content on this website, including the blog, is general information. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified physician about your individual situation.
Advisory engagements
The scope, fees and terms of any advisory engagement are agreed individually in writing before work begins. The initial 15-minute consultation is free and creates no obligation on either side.
Independence
Vensavita accepts no commissions or referral fees from clinics, laboratories or physicians. Recommendations are based solely on our assessment of fit for the patient.
Liability
We take great care in our advisory work, but we cannot guarantee medical outcomes, clinic availability or waiting times. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the advisory service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
